I have found that when clients complete the purchase or sale of a home, they too often feel over charged and underserved. With this in mind I started Client First Realty, the first real estate company designed and structured primarily for the benefit of clients and, to some extent, agents.
I believe that the typical residential real estate office — packing sometimes 50, 100 or 150 agents into one physical office building — is a costly and ineffective way to do business when you consider the advantages offered by today’s workflow technology.
