Client First Realty (CFR) is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage, but not a traditional real estate company.
CFR is a Third-Party Company, meaning we pre-negotiate with leading brokerages who agree to provide cost savings to the clients that we refer to them.
The brokers in the CFR Network will accept a lower commission because of the volume of business we send them and because they don’t have to spend the money or the time they normally would to acquire clients.
CFR can negotiate a better financial deal with the broker we assign to your employee or member than if they went directly to the broker.
CFR acquires its customers from credit unions, membership organizations and employers who have signed a marketing agreement with CFR.
To participate in one of CFR commission savings and buyer rebate programs one must be referred by a participating organization. This service is not offered to the general public.
